  (PCB)又稱氯化聯(lián)苯,是一類人工合成有機物，是聯(lián)苯苯環(huán)上的氫原子為氯所取代而形成的一類氯化物。在工業(yè)上的廣泛使用，已造成全球性環(huán)境污染問題。由于生產和使用中產生的廢棄物，能經皮膚、呼吸道、消化道而被人體吸收，并在人體組織中富集，嚴重時危及人的健康和生命安全的污染。

       同位素標記法：同位素可用于追蹤物質的運行和變化規(guī)律。借助同位素原子以研究有機反應歷程的方法。即同位素用于追蹤物質運行和變化過程時，叫做示蹤元素。用示蹤元素素標記的化合物，其化學性質不變。科學家通過追蹤示蹤元素標記的化合物，可以弄清化學反應的詳細過程。這種科學研究方法叫做同位素標記法。同位素標記法也叫同位素示蹤法。
